We would like to welcome you for in-person sessions at our Cary office, or provide you with virtual sessions throughout North Carolina.

Individual Counseling for Teens & Adults

Individual counseling is the traditional approach to therapy with one-on-one sessions between you and the therapist.

These sessions are designed to discuss your personal goals, explore your thoughts and emotions, as well as provide guidance.

Play Therapy

Play Therapy is a type of therapy specifically designed for children and young teens.

This type of therapy utilizes play as a therapeutic tool to aid clients explore and express their emotions, process experiences and learn coping techniques.

EMDR

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and is a therapeutic techniques design to aid individuals process and heal from traumatic and distressing experiences.

Dog Accompanied Therapy

Animals can be a vital part in processing trauma, minimizing anxiety, and aiding people overcome depression.

We are therefore excited to offer the option for dog accompanied therapy session.

In-Person Sessions

We are excited to offer

in-person sessions at our office location in Cary, NC. You will be able to
meet your therapist face to face and enjoy your sessions in a welcoming, comfortable, and safe
environment.

Tele-Health Sessions

If you prefer virtual sessions due to your busy schedule, distance from the office, or personal
comfortability, we are happy to meet with you via a HIPAA compliant platform for video
sessions throughout the state of North Carolina.

Walk &Talk

Walk & talk is a special way to enjoy individual therapy sessions.

We offer you the opportunity to take a walk with your therapist for the duration of your session, to add the elements of nature, fresh air and movement into our practice.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling is a type of therapy designed to assist couples improve their relationship by
identifying problems and individual needs, to then learn how to better work as a unit via improving communication and understanding each other.
